UPCA Helping Paws is an all-volunteer committee, run by residents. We created this website to consolidate resources on pets and wildlife. Our signature event continues to be the annual Mutt Strut, which is moving to Columbus Day weekend to avoid “spring showers.”
If you want to include your pet in our tracking system and you are a resident of University Park, Maryland, please fill out the Google doc. Only members of the committee can view the information, which we will use to help reunite lost pets with their owners.
